The easiest way to get the attention of the trainees is usually to get them involved by asked questions and doing short exercises. You can also include an ice breaker just to get them to relax a bit. You could start putting the trainees on the stop by asking random questions this would ensure they listen as they wont want to be caught off guard.

by keeping asking them questions...giving exercises....and his way of giving the training session should be not boring

Connect to what motivates them. What is it that they are there for? Improving their skills, personal recognition, intellectual curiosity, certificate/diploma? Find a reason for your training that will benefit them personally and make them see that!

Create stories. Adults love stories.

Make your trainings interactive. Involve them, people come to your sessions with their reservoirs of experience. Use that in your sessions.

Target all styles of learning, bring a joke every now and again, where appropriate.

Create role-play (skills stations) to verify how much they absorb from your session.

And ALWAYS evaluate yourself. See what went wrong, there is always a better way.

Ahhh, and the list is so long... :)

Hope pe this helps.
