<p>I had to select my specialties as I have no idea under which specialty does this question belong. </p> <p>I have posted more than400 questions, and believe me, I am so confused that I started to select specialty tags as a speculation </p>
I have witnessed many number of Questions changed to the Specialty tag of "Human Behavior" --Human behavior is very closely associated with and it is one of the main top of Management. The following my questions with reasonable response under the first mentioned tag "Management" was changed to "Human behavior" exclusively at the very last stage i.e after two days.
1.What is hypocrisy?
2.Ethics means -- a) Character b) Manner c) Custom
(just mentioned for example --many numberS still pending)
If there is a change, I believe the change is applicable to all, I witnessed many questions with the tag of not relevance still remain unchanged....If you give me the chance....I will list out at least1000 questions Change of the Tag within2 or3 Hours is somehow justifiable, but later on if it is done it is equivalent to injustice and a demotivate factor...as this is a question of not points but beliefs --the active participation and engagement is the essence of this platform--even with the commercial sense.
I strongly believe that the change of Tag is purely an Individual decision to fill some "quota" with vested interests and not by the Bayt.com by its management. "I will term it as only the work by a very very Lazy Professional" who want to do something for something.
I agree that tags are being changed frivolously. Case in point: "Security" tag was put to " what is a security?". Without thinking that word security was in the context of primary & collateral security.
"What is a monopoly" was tagged as General Knowledge thinking probably it as a children's game.
So many other such changes last few weeks. Sometimes I wonder.
Excellent question! I have been wondering the same. I get my tags changed too often even when I feel that the questions are related to that speciality.
I totally agree with Mr. Mayaleh, Mr. Krishna and Mr. Jetley. I'm wondering too.
The directory is on bottom of Bayt website, contact them. We are clients here too, and have a say in what goes on especially when we feel their actions are not right. We can either flood their emails with feedback and make this change or we can sit back and allow them to upset us.
