What are your career aspirations? How do you intend to make this coming year different to the last?

There is absolutely nothing stopping you, I believe if you reach higher one day you will touch the sky (not literally). I wish you all the best for the coming year may all that you wish to achieve is given to you and may you succeed in what you believe in. ^_^ 

My career aspiration is be a teamleader where I can train the employees and reach the hierarchy level and be most talented, knowledgeable, responsible person which is beneficiary to the growth of any organization I find my self. Majority of this career aspiration is set to be achieved in the coming year.

My career aspiration is to be a researcher and university lecturer. Although I am currently a university lecturer in Saudi, I would like to combine both teaching and research. In order to enhance my skills and to move closer to my career aspiration, I am looking for a research job, publishing articles in a website and intending to start my PhD soon.
