What are the responsibilities of line manager?

Check the instructions and fix the requested ideas from the work and take care of the company's requirements.

running a department as per the company needs and requirements, taking decisions, budgets, audits, training's, motivation to staff and meet the targets to achieve revenue and customer satisfaction.

first of all i will plan with my team according to task if it possible to do in time then get start as early as soon .

Generally leading people, applying control, and delegation.

Handling 12 employees in the unit( year end appraisal, txn monitoring, unit perfomance etc.)

The manager is there to make sure all employees assigned to him are working properly and in accordance to company regulations and project guidelines

Line manager will get follow up on progress and give advises for more betterments

The responsibilities of a line manager varies on which industry he is working with.  But generally, a line manager is responsible of delivering the best support services to the organization, making sure that all employees are motivated to perform their work assignments, and everything follows to the best benefit of the organization.

 

As it was said, the effectiveness of the organization is determined by the quality of workforce in the company.

 

As an in-line Manager, I would like to make sure that there is a work life balance among the employees, for good work coordination leading to good results.

 

Delegating of work is best determined when the people under you are happy and that's where success of being a line manager is best showcased.

1- You should monitor so that workers do not move too much in the factory.

2- Put a daily tasks schedule tasks each worker.

3- Put a monthly production plan and yearly.

The role of line manager is important because he is the one who actually implement the policy made by upper mangement practically.
