assisting the guest in the hotel should be sine the moment he arrives to the lobby  area  by greeting him properly and welcoming him and interacting with him personally .....    finishing the check in quickly and professionally ..... assisting the guest with any special requests ....  explaining to him the hotel facilities  ...and rooming him

We Empathize with the guest, we put our self in the guest shoes helps us understand what the guest needs and requires.

The first thing to do is determine what the guests needs and requirements are.

I will greet the guest with a warm smile and welcome..and then I will assist them

with anythi g that they require in a speedy efficient kind and helpful manner.
