If you are not at a job desperation level, QUIT otherwise wait till you get a decent offer.
You dont have to put yourself into trouble just because of Other's sins.

I'll try to find out more what kind of company it is from inside and then will decide if I need it. And if yes, how can I change all that

With the Internet today, it may be possible to gather data regarding the company (from reviews) in advance and not join at all.
Having joined without the benefit of such information beforehand one could make a reasonable effort, though abandoned and isolated, to try and change things.
Two to three months would be enough to understand which way the wind is blowing and an early exit recommended rather than get involved too long and bring disrepute to one's resume.
