In my point of view we dont tolerate customer unfair complaints because may our competitor create a dough in our customer mind .
In my point of view its an opportunity to discuss with our customer about over product and services .First we have to identify the reason why he do this through questioning skill keeping in mind the personality style of over customer and answer his or clarify his dough on behalf of which he is complaining unfair complaints.
