This is where your leadership and motivational skills come to the fore! Assess the task, look for areas of expertise within your team and delegate responsibilities within the task as appropriate. Be there to counsel, encourage, guide, lead, motivate and inspire, in other words be a true leader and take "ownership" of the challenge and do so insuch a way that your team have full confidence in you and your ability to, with their help, succeed!!
