others in order to create a good communication channels

in various types of fields.

Interpersonal skills are the tools people use to interact and communicate with individuals in an organizational environment. which are the seven areas:

• Verbal communication
• Non-verbal communication
• Listening skills
• Negotiation
• Problem-solving
• Decision-making
• Assertiveness

It is the soft skills, i.e., it is the inherited skills

Interpersonal skills are the life skills we use every day to communicate and interact with other people, both individually and in groups. People who have worked on developing strong interpersonal skills are usually more successful in both their professional and personal lives.

Our life skills we use the whole time to communicate with other people. Examples of that are: communication, presentation, negotiation, listening, problem solving, convincing....

Interpersonal skills is what we use in our daily routine in positively communicating with others,  it's not only about the way you talk and listen but also your positive attitude and interaction with others.

The skills used by a person to properly interact with others. In the business domain, the term generally refers to an employee's ability to get along with others while getting the job done. Interpersonal skills include everything from communication and listening skills to attitude and deportment. Good interpersonal skills are a prerequisite for many positions in an organization.

 You spend most of the day in patients' homes providing basic personal care as well as medical care and support. Getting to know patients, building personal rapport and establishing trust not only put you in a better spot to give great care, but it will greatly increase your comfort and enjoyment in this role.
