1) Compensation & Benefit --Talent will get more compensation & benefit but experienced ones will not   

    tolerate them.

2) Designation---A talent may be highly designated, that also can be reacted by long tenured employees.

3) Changes--Talent bring changes what can be denied by the existing employees.

4) Utilization--Talent should be utilized in a way that they should engage themselves to explore the  

    innovative idea for development in the company. 

5) Understanding---There should be proper understanding between the mangers and talent recruited.
