It's good to be a student and a teacher at the same time. As a student you will learn and as a teacher to other students your behaviour will be less patronizing than a teacher can be. As a teacher and learner at the same time you can be always reminded that a student can be tired and not interested...

Every teacher was once a student!! It's this experience, having been in their shoes, that enables us to understand and "work" with students. Many of them seem unaware that we have been there, seen it and done it and that we are generally wise to all their little games!! But you are perfectly right Muhammad experience and the accumulation of knowledge comes with time and is a natural process, that is how our personalities are formed.
