1. Let patient rest for at least30 minutes before taking BP.2. Let patient lie on bed, while taking BP.3. Get the BP at the left arm.4. Inflate the cuff up to200Hgmm then deplate slowly and perceptively.

5. relaease the pressure slowly and listen  with stethoscope carefuly .

6. and note the reading on patient chart
