The output of processing a single file is sent to a pager by the man command by default.
info is a text-only viewer for archives in the info format output of Texinfo.
In other words: man is the traditional form of help for almost every command on your system.
info is a new way and provides a lot more information ..
something like small books.

1.
info command(Information command) : info is a good command which will describe all about the command in detail.
Its like lots and lots of pages of information will be there for a single command.
2.
man command(manual command) This will give little bit less descriptive but will provied information which you require, and most of the times each option of a command will be described in one sentence and some times in paragraphs.

Man and Info are two the mechanisms for providing documentation in the Unix and Unix-like environments (i.e.
Linux).
The main difference between Man and Info is the amount of content that they have; Info contains a whole lot more than Man does.
Some people like Info because they can get a lot more from it while others like Man because it is straight to the point and they can quickly get what they want without wasting time.
