More attempt to socialize, getting out of their comfort zone, having someone to support them would be some good ways. My theory is that if someone is motivated to do something they will pour their heart out at it no matter how anxious they are. So motivation could play a big factor.

I have a question. Why doesn't anyone want to share knowledge about CBD? Many people are still misinformed about CBD products. They believe that it is addictive and cannot be useful. How do I know that? Yes, all because I was like that myself, until I tried Hemp CBD gummies as a headache remedy that really helps.

Some people with mental problems such as anxiety may try to socialize gradually. No need to jump off the cliff. After a lot of stress and a lot of anxiety in my brother's life, cbd products helped a lot. There are also various products that can act as an analgesic. For example, cbd cream 1000mg helped me with neck pain.

Anxiety could b the result of lack of confidence, that could be the outcome inadequate preparation or knowledge on the subject matter to be discussed. In this prospective, adequate preparation and rehearsal couple with knowledge of a subject matter builds up confidence with the presumption that on understands the subject more than the audience hence effective presentation. Psychologically a deep breath in and out also kills anxiety during presentations.

I have the same problem - I find it hard to cope with problems in life and at work without help, and I also have terrible social anxiety and don't know how to deal with it.

I think the key is to remain calm in all situations, do not allow yourself to be rattled easily. Try as much as possible to go out of your way to communicate with people and channel your inner confidence and breath.

Honestly I had the same problem, I used to have a stammer so i didn't really socialize much, the trick was to communicate with people as if they were someone you knew, asking them the basic questions such as how are they or what did they do during their day. for instance if you were in a business environment, try to socialize with different customers more and more, you would make you have a brief understanding on how to interact with different people and helps you to communicate better. its easy, stay calm, keep professional, be yourself and just smile .

Breathing techniques. Studies found that through breathing and allowing oxygen to circulate rapidly will calm an anxiety attack better than any meds out there. I understand that sometimes you cannot be in a comfort zone and speaking out in public will bring on an attack. But if you can master a breathing technique you will be just fine.

This link is great for you to start researching the different breathing techniques to eliminate an attack from coming on. Also has videos to watch :)  Hope it helps you.
