Following are some of the phrases which can make the prospect comfortable: 

" I totally agree with you"

"You are absolutely correct"

'You said it"

" I stand by your words"

"As you are aware" 

"I like the way you do it"

 

Always talk positive language to the prospect. Any negative language will have adverse effect on the prospect.
