Is Google+ actually effective in the Middle East?

If your social media marketing bandwidth is constrained, then certainly Google+ isn't something that I would worry about.
Frankly sepaking, at this point, the only reason I would even consider Google+ is due to the advantage that Google has conveniently bestowed on the ranking of sites that are supported by G +1s.
Otherwise, your're pretty much in the company of ghosts there!

Google+ is mostly used by Media and entertainment companies.
I personally don't see Google+ booming in the region anytime soon.
The only advantages I see are the +1's and Google Hangouts.

I believe that its not just effective only in Middle East but also to all other regions as well.
