If your product or service you provide doesn't speak for itself and stand out from the rest of the competitors , the support services you provide can convince any customer that you are on top in your field , all you need to do is focus on customer's need and make him feel that he will never be alone if he ever needed support .
use all customer service techniques to resolve the customer issue , answer his inquiry or help him reach the outcome needed all will result into customer satisfactions which will cause general satisfactions with the product / service your company provide
