He Just check and Guide us, remaining of Time he attend the meetings with clients and vendor also. some of the days he spent whole the day using software to preparing the new design and If there is some needs to achieve the targets he is helping us and also giving Moral supports.
Most of the time my manger spend his time on outlook and approx he spent his 20% time on CAD software to check others work and to find a solution.
