What will your first priority to do if you should change culture in your client/customers ?

<p>In japanase company, continuous improvements is a habit. people easy and happy to implement Kaizen, but if we want to implement the kaizen in another company is not easy and if we have mistake in approach, the kaizen program would be failed.</p>

I think your top priority should be your employees. You won't have to worry about your clients and customers because they would for sure easily accept Kaizen since continuous improvements benefit them. However, you could have some problems with your employees. Continuous improvements would mean extra effort for them. If they are not used to working that hard, then they'll probably lose interest in their jobs. They will need constant motivation.
