What is your concept of ideal quality management practice? What prevents you from implementing the ideal quality process at your organization?

Developed quality Management system to enhance customer satisfaction through effective application of the system including process of continual improvement and assurance of conformity to customer and applicable regulatory requirements, through quality control of documents and preparing office manual including office discipline for behavior, attendance, follow rules and improve of attitude.

Nothing prevented me except for interest of other staff to follow the quality management system.
