I think that the most difficult thing these days is not only teaching but also behaviour.We need to teach values like tolerance and accepting others , thinking out of the box and others.information has become available through many resources.it can be accessed at any time.
Repeating the same thing to unteachable students
Converting them from dependent learners to be independent learners.
No doubt we face hard issues during our teaching career but we can't generalize these because these are mostly of individual nature. Thanks God! I didn't ever faced such situation which can be referred to all my students directly.
I'll conclude it by saying that every issue which curtails the attention or diverts the focus of the teacher and students is a difficult aspect of teaching.
Work in a noisy environment
Students' motivation has always been my major problem. As I have been working for formal public education organizations. Some of my students are not motivated. Recently, I have been involved in teaching future teachers of English (trainees). Here, there is a different kind of problem: motivation towards learning a certain subject. Anyway, my key solution was enthusiasm. I try to show enthusiasm and they get infected. Also, I work hard to make learning easy and fun an I use some fun in the classroom every now and then. Pharmaceutical companies cover bitter pills to make them easy to swallow. Do the same.
