An effective manager is someone that both the management and the team can depend on. In terms of the management side, an effective manager is someone that they can entrust the day-to-day operations and making sure that all employees adhere to company's standards. And in terms of the team side, an effective manager is someone who can lead them in any given situation, ensuring proper practices are followed and at the end of the day someone that they can still approach for anything they might need.

An effective  manager / chef  knows the principles of management as the foundation of his style  to manage. The good style for effective  management, as a chef , are democratic, participative, and dynamic.leadership/ management. In this style  the workers in different levels has freedom to express ideas, opinion, and has  chance to share and contribute their good skills for the harmonious, smooth, tough operation of the organization.
