It is a culinary term for  pre - baking  a pie crust in which  anticipated to avoid soggy bottom crust if filling poured inside it.

i think that mean working without any Morality or Dedication in work 

blind baking is actually baking but without any kind of filling inside. Normally it is done to prevent over baking of the filling material because filling might not need that much baking as compared to the crust.
