Philosophy of Customer Service

  1. Think of the customer first, making prompt service to the customer a priority over other work

  2. Take personal responsibility for providing service that is convenient, prompt, and efficient

  3. Customer is always right

Customer knowledge

Customer knowledge refers to understanding your customers, their needs, wants and aims. It is essential if a business is to align its processes, products and services to build real customer relationships.

I think the knowledge of customer service is the cognitive or technical things or details and the philosophy should be the way how you build the relationship to your customer.
