Is there any kind of using Absenteeism mental (ideological) in some of the organizations for any reason ? If yes, WHY? If No, also WHY?

Absenteeism is great loss to any organization in any form, only proper motivation between employees can help to reduce the rate of absenteeism,

(ideological): It is science of ideas, which are aims and trying to understand the real change from the social and the political sides, which are seeks for the large numbers of social phenomena complex interprets, aimed generally to concealing the real truth, and reflected their interests and the interest on the sides (moral - religious - political - economic), and the history is liable to underscore us some examples:

- The Japanese when they occupied China, they used the (Opium) with low prices.

 

- Hitler's occupation of Poland, allowed the (Vodka) in low prices for public.

The results of using this kind of repressive style (ideological) are very high (social-political international and domestic)

 The worthy mentioning is, this style is not determined one or two sides, from my personal view, and from this point, I would ask is there is any kind of ideological under some organizations?
