First and very important is your Smile and Behavior and after Fluency, Knowledge of product, Smartness.

Genuine willingness to be of service. Having the customer in mind at all times because the customer is the lifeblood of every business. Professional at all times. Good intonation and voice control. Under promise and over deliver. Always smiling and cheerful from deep within and not a plastic smile.

1)being positive and using a positive language is so crucial in business world, Avoid being rude2)you must be able to handle surprises, think on your own feet...and react appropriately3)you must be goal oriented, you target goals and hit them4)willingness to learn is crucial, you will be left behind by people willing to invest their skills5)you must have a persuasive language, you cause a customer buy even when not ready6)you must be willing to do what needs to be done(Tenacity) in order to provide unforgettable services to your clients7)you must be able to manage time, don't waste time!
