As a Dr.Veterinary Medicine , in injured & wounded rabbit,do you think,can we prescribe Amoxicilin inject antibiotic to rabbit ? Yes or No Why?

In some animals as Rodent  especially in Rabbits prescribe Amoxicilin what as Oral Leads to toxin in intestine & high diahrea ,loss of body fluid, suddenly dead. All veterinarian should know oral Amoxicilin is very dangeruse for Rabits  And may be with high Risk for other Rodent as pet animals.

 yes .ONLY injection.

Unlicensed  for use in rabbits, but recently used in rabbits by injection to treat bacterial infections in the sensitivity tests show that it is the only effective antibiotic. No adverse reactions were observed.

Is sometimes used in the treatment of treponematosis
