سيدى الفاضل ما ذكرته فى سؤالك من حاسب الى وروح الفريق وخلافه ، ماهى إلا مهارات وليس تخصصات ، وان كانت مطلوبه فأن تواجدها لدى شخص ما ليس معناه بالضروره انه أصبح " أخصائى موارد بشريه " فالامر اعمق بكثير ، فلا بد من معارف وخبرات ممارسه فى هذا المجال لتصبح أخصائ موارد بشريه
