the good choice is eclipse because very popular and many books and references explain code and development using it.

Intellij is good as well, but for most of my work I use and prefer Eclipse

Sometimes it depends on project requirement,

Most of companies prefer eclipse and some some companies NetBeans

In my openion it is NetBeans IDE.
