From a job seeker view i'll do the following:

  • Print out my CV and personal skills set and keep them in hand.
  • Select a good place that will allow me to speak with confidence and loud sound.
  • Read about the interviewer company and also about the interviewer to know who will talk to you.

Regards,

I believe it's your knowledge of the employer's organization ,you must conduct a thorough research to be able to answer their question when they arise such as why do you want to join our organization?why should we hire you?what can you achieve if you are hired?

if you prove that you have done the research they see that as a sign of sincere interested and they usually appreciate that.

hello fida,

The most important thing during a phone interview is that you sound confident and clear , Of course you never know when these calls are gonna come but most of the questions during a telephone interview are based on the CV you have posted for the particular job . SO, its really important that you learn your CV well and the easiest way is to put the truth in your CV, may be a exxagerating a bit wont hurt too much but it shouldnt affect your spontainity(if thats a word). And another cheeky little trick is to keep a smile when talking , of course it will make you look crazy in front of others but trust me , every one has to go through this if you want to be successful . So remember these points , sound audible and clear , be spontaneous kep a positive attitude , and last but definitely the not the least, DO NOT BE NERVOUS!!

hope iv been of some use to you

take care
