A leader and a manager are two different things. A leader leads his companions, initiates an action and always becomes a role model to his fellowmen. On the other hand, a manager is like a boss. He manages his people. He always commands and manipulates his workmen. Leader is far better than a manager. A manager touches the mind but a leader touches the heart and mind.
