Depending on the school itself. There are some high reputable public schools and some private schools are so. Parents should be smart and precise choosing school which suitable with their children needs either public or private schools. Thank you.

It can not be universalized as per my experience in different countries. It varies from country to country. The main cause is factors involved in the process of education; resources being one of these. So the schools having more resources have more potential to provide quality education, whether private or public.

Some countries spend more budget on schools, have better schools in public sector.

I refer to the answer I gave to the similar question you asked, it depends on the quality of the public schooks in your area of choice, why pay for something you can get for free, IF the education given is the same and it does happen in the UK.

Good public schools are better due to increased diveristy and more resources. However bad ones are the worst possible choice. Tax supported and you get what you pay  for.

Private schools, you get what you pay for.

In the end --you get what you pay for. You also must keep an eye on all of them, they are run by people and people are not perfect.

In Pakistan, Private Schools are considered better. They have better education standards, and teachers try to give their best to the students.

Government schools are cheaper since they charge a nominal fee on per annum basis. Though teachers are well qualified, individual attention to a student is not like that of a private school.

Zero. School education is free in Ruissia

money wise or teaching?

Learning , I can't say that this is in all countries. But where I'm living, here we have private schools are better (teaching & learning wise)

Fees , Of course public!

I respect all previous answers, there is no general rule: in some countries they are all  the same, while in other countries, even within each category they are different.

It depends on how far the school owners and whether they can provide a distinguished educational service or not.In this case public schools may be better. As for the English subject ,if the teachers weren't fluent and clever teachers , public schools may be better. As for students , they prefer private schools due to the number of students in one class. Also , it is a kind of prestige in some areas. As for parents , if they were rich , they would prefer fine private schools. If not , they would prefer public schools. As for teachers , it depends on salaries, however, in Egypt , most teachers prefer public schools as it is more secure than private schools.
