As professional point of view, should deal with all types of customers to convert them from potential customer to buyer

If i want  business to run smooth , i must be ready to negotiate with all customers whether they have PHD from Harvard or they are ignorant. After all i want to sell my product and stay in the competition in the market. What differs is the style and method used to discuss things with this or that client. Body language as discussed before can help me discover the truth behind this or that customer. In case i am obliged to choose , i would choose the customer who knows and pretends not to have any idea. This means he is ready to listen and learn.

In the first place as an employee, let it be of any company / industry, we are supposed to interact with each and every customer. But apart from the options listed, I would personally prefer the customer who is NOT satisfied with the service given by my colleague / employee. Later I intervene in such a manner that he gets satisfied with the response and turns out to be the best privilege / loyal client to the company. Do not forget the limitations of the companies policies.

C.  A customer who knows everything.

It is better to negotiate and deal with such client so in the later part, you both will come up to an agreement when understood.  It is easier to deal with such client coz whatever explanations you will give, he can easily think a solution and decision of either they will take it or leave it.
