As per the working period of the worker based on uae law less than1 year2 days per month more than1 year2.5 days permonth.

As per UAE Labour Rule Leave salary can be calculate as follows

(Net Salary/30*2.5)*his working period

Example:- (15000/30*2.5)*12 months

=15000.00
