What is the difference between the authorized capital;. Exporter. Paid? And how to select both of them?

1-The authorized capital is the capital that has been authorized for the company by the authorization state and the maximum limit for company capital.

 

2- Exporter capital the shares actually subscribed by the founders and the Initial Public Offering and it was less than the authorized capital

 

3- Paid-in capital it represents the value of capital actually paid by the shareholders and the underwriters may differ from the subscribed capital, authorized capital.
