Actually Mr. Ibrahim I must disagree with the multiple answers choices you have listed, and build my dissection and action to this customer after I understand, why he has no enough money? What is the alternative? What is my position at the retail store? And what is the store or / and the company mission?
However I must agree this is a tricky question
B- Customer is the king in a transaction, value his requirement where as he will become a butterfly in order to reach the products.
Well first of all business is business the accountability is in my shoulder, if i will consider this customer having shortage of his/her money then it would be a problem. If he/she really wants the product perhaps i can have agreement with him/her by reserving the product for him/her for one day maybe and once a complete cash is available then he/she can have the product. But if not, well another costumer can have the product. After all its all about business.
Since he have a shortage i will recommend him to buy different brand of product which is much cheap than what brand he want because i believe there have lots of brands and for sure have different quality.
