There is nothing like that. First of all we have to think that we are professionals.... There are many employees who work behind the curtain for an organization and they never get reward so what about them?  I would like to clarify that the5% to whom you are talking are none but are the top level officials.... They are there to manage, lead, define strategies, make plans and predict the future. So the credit must goes to them.

If any project failures due to some reason then it's not goes to the95% of people but always the top level5% peoples are blamed.

Be Positive sir !!!!!

It is a dysfunctional organization because in this system there has no effective performance management. I think firstly develop job description, introduce Individual accountability plan according to Job description, establish360 degree performance management system, increase learning & development opportunities, link compensation with performance management system. It might be avoided.

GOOD LUCK.

Thanks to all specialists for a good response.

I want to ask that some people are more active and smart.

They try to get alone credit of team work. Even I saw in our organisation,  everyone become gainer.

They are not good worker but they are in communication with Management.

Today we faced a lot of competition even in organisations.

In such difficult situations, a average employee how can get his right???

One of the primary reasons people often don’t get credit for their work is because they are working behind the scenes and are reluctant to “blow their own horn.” Often, other people take credit when credit isn’t due to them. This is a common practice in the competitive corporate world.

There are two types of people who do this. The first is the person who takes all the credit at the very last minute even though he or she did minimal work. In truth, you were the one who did almost all of the work over a long period of time, but they were able to get credit at the very end. The second type is someone who takes more credit even though they didn’t do any more of the work than you. They are basically better at taking credit than you are.

Work silence and lets success make a noise. Your good performance will not be able to hold to be raised at right times, just keep concern to achieve self-development and best result for responsibilities, working for God better than others. Thank you.

I don't have the answer, although many of us have experience being in the95% category. Personally I am comfortable with being the "behind the scenes" person so if I am being compensated accordingly, it doesn't matter much.

Dear Mr. Rahmatullah ! Thanks for your invitation,

I am not agree with your conclusion, however if so, then you remove the5% and see the result.

And finally ! The team leader named not all the members......

Work in any organization is performed through proper system . This system is not selected by worker but by the management who planned the whole process to lead the project to success. Now when an employee is selected he must follow the rules and regulation. If suppose to build a building we required the related work professional like Civil Engineer, Electrical Engineer, Mechanical Engineer, Architect, Auto CAD drafts man, Foreman for each discipline with labor groups for each discipline now if you look to this team you will find that we have one Engineer and one foreman to manage one discipline and we keep teams up to50-100 persons at least in which we required carpenters, steel fixers, masons, Painters, tile fixers, Ceiling , waterproofing, glass fixers, plumbers, electricians and many others for small items to finish the project to the required level. Now if we give the project finishing credit then it's combine efforts of each individual but why it goes to the5% because they lead the whole project. They read, study, follow the whole drawings, specifications, procedures, formulas, inspections methods , approvals, preparing the bills, bills approvals, providing approval of materials, fixing procedures and follow the work with each steps to finish the project on time. Now a labor don't know how to read a drawing so how he will get the important individual credit like an Engineer. A labor don't know how to manage all the discipline with each other to finish so that's why labors only get his salary and overtime but the project success and failure responsibility is on the5% people who are managing the work. If anything happened wrong then these5% will be responsible . If you want to revers this procedure then an Engineer can not do the work of a labor. This is management and the benefits of project success is distributed according to the knowledge, experience, position and work type. Each person gets his own reward and this is happening everywhere in the world.
