I treat them all equally and with respect. Sometimes it's not always returned but hey that's life. I don't mind helping my co-workers out if they need it.

Simply , Always treat your colleagues like you would want to be treated and you will do fine

Yes, your employees are your second family. The time that you spend with them everyday is close to the time that you spend with your own family at home. If you treat your employees like your own family, a good working relationship will be fostered.

Yes I agree.

Treat your workforce like your family for loyalty and prosperity. Workers who get treated like a family member will maximize their potential and talents to fulfill their roles. Let employees feel heard and empowered to create. Provide them the authority and tools to make it happen.

“Employees who believe that management is concerned about them as a whole person – not just an employee – are more productive, more satisfied, more fulfilled. Satisfied employees mean satisfied customers, which leads to profitability.”- Anne M. Mulcahy

If you talk about families of these days, I will say no.

I'll better say: Treat your employee as partner.

In work place yours over friendly behavior or familiar behavior makes your image down.

One side we talking about ethics , moralities & profession … But on the other side we don’t want to follow it.

Become ideal over there through yours body language, expressions , professional guts , Expertise &  the most important professional relations.

There is always a difference between professional & personal/familiar/social relation. Maintain this difference because this is only one which differentiate you from others .
