"Treat Your Employee like a family" Do you Agree or Not?

I treat them all equally and with respect. Sometimes it's not always returned but hey that's life. I don't mind helping my co-workers out if they need it.

In work place yours over friendly behavior or familiar behavior makes your image down.

One side we talking about ethics , moralities & profession … But on the other side we don’t want to follow it.

Become ideal over there through yours body language, expressions , professional guts , Expertise &  the most important professional relations.

There is always a difference between professional & personal/familiar/social relation. Maintain this difference because this is only one which differentiate you from others .

Off course. Noways we spend10 hours in office. We spend more time with our colleagues than our family members. So there has to be a congenial atmosphere to get them do the job.
