Well, for me everyone knows what they want to do.

I think career path is very important, today dynamic Environment  everyone should have their own career planning and development other than the company. Because everyone knows their skills, interest. My career base on my efforts and good luck. I Do Not Believe in Dreams, I am realistic Peason.

Now this is a question been asked100 times to evey job seeker, and people say blah, blha, but yes as you have asked in realastic world do not expect the stars and the moon. A person will get prmoted maximum3 times in five years, yes he can aquire this by changing companies but then there will be a time when recuiters start questioniong themselves that this person has lept on changing jobs for salary and position, what is his relaibility, If I am a manager tright now, I would see myself as a head of a department in next5 years.

In every aspect of life, dreams can make you weak,specially in business there is no place for dreams.the only thing which make you stronger is your ideas for future. Keeping past experiences in mind,implement good ones in your present,if fruitfull then struggle for further. Going up step by step is very important for achieving goals

Very nice question will after five years a very talented marketing or sales executive with a master degree and own a small business.

I am currently focus on information systems security analysts which involves analyzing the system and discover any kind of valunerabilities and threats which also includes system scanning, ethical hacking, and penetration testing. I feel that, I am going to be either a CIO or CISO in near future.

For next SixYears I have plans to work with a Joint Venture Group: Office Management/Accounts Management+Business Development--I hope shortly I can join with them. After6 years I have plans to come back and settle herewith small business connected to Fashion/Artistic related.....this I have planned10 years before  and started working on it long back..hopefully no change.

As the most innovative, multi talented and multispecialized genius... That is my targeted game plan ahead. If not that, I will atleast become a great counsellor...
