Explain the concept of “Right and Duty” ?

A Right is an expectation about something you deserve or a way to act that is justified through a legal or moral foundation. Humans have all types of rights, including legal, moral, spiritual, natural and fundamental rights. Examples of rights include the right to education provided by society, freedom of speech. 

Duties are a direct result of the acceptance of rights. Each person has a duty to uphold or respect another person's rights, just as he has the duty to uphold your rights. Once a person accepts a right, or is told as in legal rights, he must uphold that right for himself and others. For instance, you have the right to free speech, but so does everyone around you. Even if someone is saying something you do not agree with, you have a duty to respect his right to say it. You have a duty to respect, and sometimes defend, the rights of others.

Rights- Things to which you are entitled or allowed and freedoms that are guaranteed. Each person is a moral and rational being who deserves to be treated with dignity.

 

Duty is something you must do by virtue of your position and is a legal or moral obligation.

 

Rights are Ethical principles of Freedom.

Duty is an obligation to respect the Rights of others and the society.

Rights and duties are reciprocal. A right is a Demand and duty is an expectation

An action constitute as right or wrong based on the discharge of duty.

 

It's my duty to serve the needs and purposes and objectives of the company I work for as long as it serves my right for a healthy environment, financial security, and personal development. And it's my company's duty to serve my right, as much as it's my duty to serve it's right.

Right mean which is established by country law as constitution.

Duty means people are responsiblt to do good for his or her nation or job task by employer to emplyee.

right is what you're entitled to, duty is what you're expected to perform. there is a balance between the two, as some rights are the result of how you perform your duties.

A right is an individual’s entitlement to something. A Person has a right when that person, is entitled to act in a certain way or is entitled to have others act in a certain way towards him or her.

Fulfilling our ethical obligations can set limits on decisions aimed by producing good consequences. The professional duties associated with the gate keeping roles as accounts, auditors, lawyers, financial analysts, and boards of directors also function as ethical limitations on business activities.

Duty is OBLIGATION.........  while

Right is an ENTITLEMENT........

It is our Duty to follow the rules and regulations of our country and it is our right to get facilities like medical,education,justice from government.

Most of the  time duty and right are interlink with each other.

DUTY ==== WHAT IS OUR OBLIGATION TO DO FOR FAMILY, SOCIETY , COMPANY , AREA , COUNTRY , RELIOGEN AND WHAT ALLAH COMMANDED US TO DO ................  

RIGHTS === WHAT THE OTHER PEOPLE , COUNTRY , SOCIETY , COMPANY , FRIENDS ARE REQUIRED TO DO FOR ME, MY WELFARE , MY FREEDOM ,,,, ALLAH ALMIGHTY HAS ALSO GIVEN US CERTAIN RIGHTS TO ENJOY AS HUMAN BEING & AS A FREE MEN.

Duty define the work or put max level of contribution on the given task or resposibility..

 

Right define your power in any ways...like speaking truth is right...
