Every human being has weaknesses. The purpose of the interviewer in asking this question is to know how open and frank you are and not to judge your character. However, do not mention any such weakness that exposes your bad habits, character, moral values or factors that may affect your decision making or performance at the workplace. Focus on your personal hobbies, family & friends, food, sports, vacations etc.
Make a trick saying:my weakness is the interesting of work At the expense of my family
Everyone has weaknesses, nobody is perfect.
So make sure to give an answer to this question professionally. You have to be honest thouh. But never mention a weakness related to the job, or relevant to the required skills or qualifications of the vacant position. The best trick is when you mention a weakness which might be considered as a strength according to someone else.
My weaknesses are:
1: I always trust people but many times they are not good.
2: I always give money as loan to the needy and they always delay for returning.
3: I always want to finish my work with perfection but when its finished with few remarks I become very sad.
4: I always focus on my work and I spend lot of time even over time but when others members of team not serious I get frustrated.
5: I am a cool headed person but when people trying telling me lie I become angry.
6: I like to write answers for questions but when I start it become length.
7: I want to finish my work with time but when delay happened from others I become worry for progress.
8: I used to pray prayers but when I am in meetings I cannot attend at Mosque.
9: I always like a cup of tea at morning when I not take on time I feel the day not yet started.
10: I want to support charity Programme but when I receive my salary it finished in my home expenses.
11: I like to go at evening for a walk but when I come back to home I suddenly start sleeping.
12: I want to become a best man but still I am full of weakness.

Just want to add .Can also say my weakness is I am a workaholic. I do not leave before the job is done.

If i were to be ask about my weakness, I cant think of any because If I have I make sure that I have turned it to a positive one or make it a point into my strength.
My Positive attitude, Enthusiasm and Courage to accept any difficult assignment are my weaknesses to a certain extent.
