I am working in an organization where tasks change every moment and there is totally stressful environment. I list down all tasks, prioritize them every day at morning time and make a plan and then follow that plan. When I cannot achieve my daily target I give more time to work but never leave any task incomplete for next day.

Pressure may comes from unresolved problems, non done tasks, futher more non common tasks in charge & non common situations ect..To over come that bad feeling I may call for urgent team involvement for better problem analysing I should prioritize the simpliest task until it's achivement that will provide me with a higher oxygen quality so I will feel more powerful to deel with the remaining problems & tasks

By taking some refres.hement for a few minutes, taking a cup of tea and  then re-starting all site activities proves helpul to work under stress and achieve good results. Taking too much pressure can high up the blood pressure and decrease efficieny so it is good to be relaxed for a few minutes and then to restart

As an engineer, in high stress situation, we need to prioritize things that are high risk with low tolerance clients. We also needed to plan ahead to be able to beat dead lines or not be in a position where in you are pressure. We also need to use time wisely.
