How do you look at your dealers/ distributors? as customers or as external colleagues?

Both as customers and external colleagues.

Dear is our first customer. So always respect him as key customer.

I even prefer to look at my colleague as my customer when it comes to work. This will help you to cautiously handle the relationship. Same way i prefer to handle my dealers & distributors as my customers.
