It all depends if its a cold start or on a heat engine. As well i believe it depends on the car (specifications), but usually about.

Cranking RPM varies from engine to engine. For cars it generally ranges from100 to200 RPM. For commercial vehicles it ranges from150 to300 RPM. It can also be identified by rating and capacity of starter motor. 

once combustion started vehicle achieve specified RPM which generally ranges from600 to1000 RPM.
