According to your needs and amount of traffic in LAN, I will suggest FTTH if there is more traffic in the network and if there is less traffic in average then i will suggest FTTN which will cost less as compare to the FTTH. Its generally depends upon the speed and cost. For more Speed FTTH and for Less cost FTTN.

So in FTTH we can use the Multi-mode step index Fiber Optic Cable and in FTTN we can use the Multi-mode graded Index Fiber Optical Cable.
