Say to self that there is nothing to worry; this is an experiment and research to study about it; everything will be fine; and failure is not a problem even we think if its there is a solution for every problem which we make. Be Relax.

Fear comes Only if there is Lack of Knowledge or Lack of Confidence.

Increase your knowledge. It will give you confidence to act & fear less in moving ahead.

"Fear is the ability to recognize danger leading to an urge to confront it or flee from it (also known as the fight-or-flight response)." What is quiet interesting is the fact that even though we're not directly physically threatened most of the times; the vicissitudes of fate combined with our complex minds produces the same fear emotion as being physically threatened.
In order to overcome a certain fear one must be in some sort of harmony with his/her thoughts.
Meaning that we need to clearly understand the cause of the fear we're trying to fight.
Fear of failure might be attributed to one of the following or others of course, but mainly; heredity, genetics, brain chemistry, and life-experiences, these are the main causes, but frankly speaking, in it's most general forms, most of our fear of failure is attributed to life experience, the environment around us that made us feel as we're being constantly watched, always seeking society's gratitude and appreciation, always fearing being outcast-ed and marked as failures in the eyes of society.
Facebook gives you the greatest example of attention seeking these days! Why are we afraid of failure? Not because we can't stand up again if we did, but because we're afraid of that period of time, when we're being marked as failures! How to over come it? I have only one solution in mind: First of all, you need set your goal regardless of society, as if you're the only person in the world, -sounds depressing- but still, when we ignore public opinion, our determination boosts up to it's maximum, succeeding and failing gets back to being personal again, and that's when failure excludes one option and open the door for the next, until we eventually succeed! PS: Definition is quoted from Wikipedia, the rest is based on observation so, there's probably a more accurate scientific explanation.
