Would it be possible to trade oil for water, without any money transaction?

What kind of sense does this question make? Middle East pays a fortune for water, Europe pays a fortune for oil, so why not trade one thing for another?

Maybe this seems to be naive, but actually this can be very real transaction.
Especially when the water's pollution is in issue.
Other thing, do you know that my country makes export of rocks in Czech Republic? First I didn't believe and smiled, but after I saw and it is reasonable, good trade.
In Europe with climate changing there is lot of rain and I pray God to dislocate the rain in Africa in a exchange for sunshine...but this the way it is, our planet Earth, we must do the best to keep it.
The question is what we will need more, oil or water
