It is50-50 that is called as symbiotic mutualism. No "more" role exists in this case since both are supporting each other.

When a small business (starting from home industry which can be handled by family members only for example) has met development on its going, the business will require employees for its expansion and fulfilling the demands of the market (chance to increase income). In other side, there are people who also need jobs (chance to get income). They seem having different interests but they meet on a point of interest which complementing each other. Basically both have same purpose that is called income/ money.

It shows that entrepreneurs will not able to continue expanding their business and achieving income increase without supporting by employees, otherwise employees will not able to get income too without occupation chance from entrepreneurs. What making both different is probably only power of bargaining position that entrepreneurs seem to have more power since they have the key point of concept and assets to produce the income/ money. However, essentially as social beings can’t to be self-function, respecting each other is absolutely needed to fulfill purposes of each, “take and give” principle or natural law "symbiotic mutualism".

In the South Asian region it is always employees need entrepreneurs. The region being overpopulated emploees are plenty but entrepreneurs are not. May be due to long periods of colonial rule and the resultant education system has produced only emploees and not entrepreneurs. Even when bright students from India go for studying in US and Europe they do not lack memory , mathmetical or even analytical skills. But they lack independent thinking and unable to take risks which an entrepreneur ned to take to succeed.

AGREED WITH THE ANSWER OF MISS,ISMI PUJI,,,,,,,,,,

Both need each other. Entrepreneurs need employees with specific skills to not only do the task well but also help grow the business. Employees need good employers to reward them well for their skills and give them opportunity to grow professionally.

They are complementing each other. The one cannot be effective and productive without the other

As far as an organisation is concerned, employees, entrepreneurs and customers are very crucial. For the success of any firm, employees and entrepreneurs are the prime requirements as they can determine the quality of the products or services which reaches the end customer for judgement and acceptance.

More entrepreneurs to employees can affect the functioning of the organisation which can lead to several confusions. A creative, supportive and talented entrepreneur is morethan enough for any company to function successfully. On the other hand, if there are no sufficient employees in an organisation, then the productivity in that organisation may fall. There adequate number of human resources is important.

In short, the number of employees or entrepreneurs are not the matter, but the efficient ones with the potential to deliver the best for their customers are important.
