There has been many meta analysis done on assessments and its viability in predicting performance. Unfortunately there is no such thing as100% prediction rate however research has found that prediction of performance increases by65% when assessments such as ability tests, personality questionnaires, CB interviews and primary evidence from assessment centers are used.
