Depending on the nature of project and/or organization standards the format may vary, however generally a report includes:

- Title page

- Table of Content

- Acknowledgements

- Abstract

- Introduction

- Analysis /  Design sections

- Section(s) that detail(s) implementation

- Section(s) that detail(s) any testing that is carried out.

- Conclusion

- Appendix
